Comment Test
Two people (which sounds better than the equivalent: 33% of my readers) have told me they can't post comments. If you have a chance, try on this post. If it fails I would appreciate an email to that effect at heddle AT gmail DOT com.
Comment using Chrome. Couldn't leave a comment using Safari as anonymous, name and URL, or Google account. I can't comment on my own blog using Safari.
I agree that the problem seems to be Safari … both on Macs and on iPhones. Here's what happens: I click "Publish", see a page that says "Publishing ...", and then the post reloads with the comment box cleared (and the comment hasn't published). I'm never shown a preview or a captcha.
