What this blog is NOT

This blog will not be devoted to a reconciliation of science and Christianity. That is an overcrowded field. See, for example, Hugh Ross' Site and, for balance, The Creation Research Institute. However it is inevitable that at times I will discuss science.


Keep in mind, while I am a scientist and a Christian, I most definitely am not a "Christian Scientist".

Here are the rules I will adhere to when I discuss science:

• When science and the Bible disagree, the Bible is always right
  
• When science and Christians disagree, sometimes science is right

Hello, my name Is David Heddle

This is my initial post, so mostly I am just seeing if this works! I intend to devote this site to discussions related to reformed Christian theology. Am I a theologian? Nope. I am a typing-challenged physicist. I'll say from the onset that I agree with whoever said (and I heard it was Thomas Jefferson) "I feel sorry for people that only know one way to spell a word". So why is a physicist setting up a blog site devoted to Christianity? Well because I love God. I will have more about my philosophy in the next post -- but I gotta see if this works!
