I think my wife has invented one.
She has a pair of red Chuck Taylors and a pair of green.
She never wears them, except around Christmas. At that point she will wear one
red and one green to work or church. She finds herself reliving the same
conversation:
Colleague: I love
your shoes!
Clever Wife: Thank you! I have another pair just like them
at home!
What interests me is the response. Sometimes it is laughter
and an exclamation along the lines of “That’s hilarious!” And sometimes it is
something like: “Oh, really?”
I think it is a reliable IQ test.
